Resident Program

Brush
  less than 6 inches in diameter and four feet in length.  Use the designated bin.
Leaves  Use the designated bin.  No plastic bags.
Christmas Trees  Cleaned of all ornamentation.

Rules:

  • No plastic bags!
  • No lumber or treated, painted or rotted wood!
  • No grass clippings!
  • No other items such as garden waste, garbage, metal, concrete, tires,
    cardboard, rocks, logs, stumps, etc.!
  • Commercial vehicles or vehicles larger than a personal car or pick-up truck will be
    charged a fee for delivery of brush, large wood, stumps, and chips.
  • Free compost and free ground wood mulch are available to residents while supplies last. 
  • A resident is limited to ½ cubic yard of compost and ½ cubic yard of mulch in a season. 
  •  Larger quantities of compost, mulch and topsoil are available for a fee.  The fee schedule
    is available from the site operator.

Important! Please do Not try to recycle improper or contaminated items.

Center CLOSED:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.   Also CLOSED:  January 16 through March 17, 2010.
