- The Director is responsible for the safety, welfare and protection of the Town residents and property under the Federal and State Office of Emergency Management, DCPA acts.
- Provide training programs, essential services, supplies and overall supervision of programs designed to safeguard against natural disasters.
- The Director is directly responsible to the Mayor.
