  1. The Director is responsible for the safety, welfare and protection of the Town residents and property under the Federal and State Office of Emergency Management, DCPA acts.
  2. Provide training programs, essential services, supplies and overall supervision of programs designed to safeguard against natural disasters.
  3. The Director is directly responsible to the Mayor.
