  1. Grants writing and administration.
  2.  Monitor State legislation and regulations.
  3.  Act as Economic Development Coordinator and staff of Economic Development Commission.
          • Work closely with state, regional and local organizations to promote the economic well being of the community.
          • Maintain a database of available commercial and industrial properties and will assist firms
            interested in relocating into or expanding within Wallingford.
          • Provide demographic and economic information upon request.

          • For business and additional economic development information available on-line, go to the web site for
            the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce.

  4. Coordinate between municipality and
          • CRRA for solid waste disposal and electronics recycling.
          • Household HazWaste Central, the place to dispose of residential hazardous waste.

  5. Assist with Adopt-A-Road Program (the roadside anti-litter campaign) and the Recycling Committee.
  6. Oversee Youth & Social Services and Government Access T.V.
